Job Description
The Executive Assistant will support the Chief Innovation Officer and Chief Creative Officer, who are also Co-Presidents of Virtue Worldwide.

The Executive Assistant must consider themselves to be an innovative and quick problem solver who can juggle multiple tasks with ease. Experienced in a fast-paced agency environment, you are able to stay calm under pressure and maintain a keen eye for details. You possess top-notch organizational skills, along with the ability to effectively handle multiple priorities. You can adapt easily to change, and are eager to be a part of a growing organization, in a creative industry.

Responsibilities:
• Day-to-day administration and management of all areas of support to CIO and CCO
• Manages special projects as assigned
• Manages and updates the CIO's and CCO's internal and external meetings, interviews, press engagements, etc.
• Schedules travel, including international travel
• Plans key yearly meetings including: executive off-sites, annual planning meetings, and other unscheduled company meetings
• Interact comfortably and skillfully with senior level executives and assistants, both inside and outside of the company
• Assist in the preparation of presentations
• Communicate on behalf of the CIO and CCO internally and, occasionally, externally
• Accountable for company credit card receipts and expenses
• Work closely with other internal executive assistants to coordinate executive staff schedules and maintain involvement in office matters
• Successfully manage and coordinate responsibilities under tight deadlines

Requirements
• Minimum of 5 years of assistant experience, specifically within an agency setting
• Ability to properly multi-task and prioritize work by considering its risk, importance, urgency, and potential business, organizational, or client implications
• High sense of urgency, drive and willingness to do what it takes to get the job done
• Keen ability to follow instructions and understand those instructions with little or no follow up
• Able to make decisions independently
• Incredibly flexible and adaptable, while remaining strong (able to say no when necessary)
• Experience in building presentations and/or decks for important internal or external communications
• Very strong organizational and planning skills
• Multi-tasking, project management, attention to detail, and prioritization skills are all key
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong, professional presence and presentation abilities
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills
• Extremely high level of discretion pertaining to confidential information
• Ability to gather and distill information into key findings
• Keen attention to detail and high level of accuracy
• Very strong verbal and written communication skills that are adaptable to any communication style
• Willingness to travel as needed
