Role x You:
The Campaign Manager is a critical role within the Media Operations group. They are the liaison between our clients, Ad Operations, Ad Studio and Account Management teams for all media elements of campaigns. The Campaign Manager will report to the Senior Campaign Manager, but work closely with our Account Management, Ad Studio, and Sales teams to execute and report on the media elements of a sold campaign.
In the short term…
• Manage asset collection directly with clients and QA assets to ensure they adhere to VMG specifications
After 6 months in this role..
• Provide regular reporting updates, both internal and client facing, ensuring campaigns are pacing and performing to primary objectives
And after a year…
• Launch and monitor integrated media campaigns, ensuring execution according to IO's (campaigns include custom/sponsorship opportunities, TV, Print, Podcast and digital direct/programmatic media)
Responsibilities:
• Client communication, both written and verbal (ex: kick off calls, status calls, wrap report presentations, etc)
• Enter IOs into Order Management Software, experience with Boostr is a plus!
• Troubleshoot campaign discrepancies and implement optimizations with client KPIs in mind
• Spearhead month-end billing and revenue recognition, ensuring amounts are accurate
• Demonstrate and embody team core values: CONTINUITY, PROACTIVITY, INGENUITY
You have these:
• Bachelor's degree and 2+ years working in a digital advertising capacity, with a focus on ad operations and/or digital campaign management
• Basic knowledge of inventory forecasting, digital specs /formats, and mediamath (e.g., CPM, CPV, CTR, ER, etc.)
• Skillful in media concepts such as: viewability, IVT, brand safety, etc.
• Knowledge of 3rd party platforms (DoubleVerify, IAS, MOAT, DCM, Google Ads Manager, Innovid, Sizmek, etc)
• Strong understanding of media industry standards including Interactive Advertising Bureau (IAB) and Media Rating Council (MRC)
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Suite

The salary range is subject to change and may be amended in the future. Experience, education, skills, and other factors are considered when determining the salary offered.
Pay Range Details:
New York/California: 51,000 - 65,000 USD
Outside New York/California: 45,000 - 57,000 USD
