Role x You
This role reports into the audience development team, working on executing content strategy across our evergreen on site content. They are a skilled writer, understand audience trends and have a passion for providing relevance and service to their audience. They will have an understanding of SEO best practices and how to optimise content across Refinery29's core authority areas.
What you'll do:
• Day-to-day updating of evergreen content to previously published articles with updated copy, images and links to continue extend the content lifespan and use to our audience
• Be responsible for being on the edge of search trends, knowing what's trending across our R29 audience, both with timely opportunities and seasonal moments
• Using SEO best practice and following a tight content strategy
• Collaborate with external and internal teams including but not limited to editorial, social referral, newsletter, multimedia, and off-platform social teams to ensure your updated articles reach their intended audience
• Collaborate with Refinery29 photo and design team for updated image requests
• Brainstorm headlines with the the editorial team
• Work as part of a dynamic team of editorial staff
• Attend editorial meetings

The salary range is subject to change and may be amended in the future. Experience, education, skills, and other factors are considered when determining the salary offered.
Pay Range Details:
New York/California: 60,000 - 65,000 USD
