ABOUT US:

ViacomCBS Streaming (formerly CBS Interactive) is a division of ViacomCBS that encompasses both free, paid, and premium streaming services including Pluto TV, Paramount +, CBS Sports Digital, and CBS News Digital.

Division Overview:

We are the Video Operations and Streaming team, responsible for supporting the video delivery and architecture of VOD and Live content streamed on over 15 platforms for CBS All Access / Paramount+. We are also responsible for the encoding and delivery of premium content to millions of users every day!

Role Details:
Our team is looking for a Senior Live Events Coordinator to process and program live content on web pages, mobile platforms, and OTT devices! The role requires a process oriented individual with a keen attention to detail and accuracy. The coordinator will be responsible for managing content updates on multiple CBS show web pages, mobile platforms, and OTT devices as well as ensuring that all assets and content meet standards of quality and accuracy.

Your Day-to-Day:
• Perform daily content QA tasks
• Coordinate with multiple departments to requisition needed content
• Update the show pages with the latest data, videos, design assets including video clips, full episode videos, and show images
• Curate upcoming live events, as they are announced
• Coordinate across departments to secure assets and approvals as needed
• Be available to check high-profile content during evening launch periods
• Additional other duties and responsibilities, as assigned

Key Projects:
• Responsible for domestic curation as well as curation related international expansion
• Responsible for curation involved in the launch of new hardware platforms

QUALIFICATIONS:

What you bring to the team:

You have -
• 3+ years building and programming content in a CMS
• 3+ years performing Quality Assurance duties
• Experience managing assets for a web or mobile content property
• Knowledge of basic HTML skills
• Familiarity with SEO standard methodologies
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a dedication to open collaboration
• A deep passion for television and sports

• Experience using team collaboration platforms like JIRA, Asana, and Slack
• BA / BS Degree
