Job Description
Reporting to Director, CDM, Southeast Asia, you would play a pivotal part in the content distribution management team. Actively participating in growing sales revenues, expanding distribution portfolio, strengthening clients relationship, and account management-related matters. You will also be working and planning B2B2C and D2C launches across the region.

Responsibilities:
• Drive commercial sales in Channel and Content distribution, licensing, and new product introduction to linear, non-linear, and multimedia digital platforms for the assigned markets across Southeast Asia cluster
• Grow revenues and profits in compliance with corporate policies, procedures, and guidelines to protect brand image
• Formulate pricing deals, content valuations, and revenue modelling
• Build on renewals maintenance and existing collaboration with clients
• Responsible for Client Servicing and Account Management, as well as management of 3rd party sales representatives in selected markets
• Perform subscribers and sales forecasting, budgeting and tracking of Affiliate Revenues & Syndication partnership in coordination with Finance
• Work closely with Marketing & Brands to ensure acquisition, retention and growth of channel subscribers
• Tracking and collections of revenues, internal Deal Approval documentation and other internal compliance/ approval processes, working closely with internal departments
• Build compelling and marketing-driven sales presentation pitches
• Establish and maintain strong working relationships with clients and prospects that facilitate business
• Provide ongoing budgetary updates to senior management about the progress of each development project against the initial plan. Communicate challenges and offer proactive solutions
• Stay ahead of industry developments ensuring that they are up to date with current programming and industry trends

Qualifictions:
• Diploma / Bachelor Degree in Sales and Marketing or related field of study
• Minimum 6 years working experience, preferably in broadcasting media and/or in content sales as well as possession of proven broadcast client network within Southeast Asia
• Be creative & entrepreneurial with approaching business partnerships, explore opportunities with Telco and New Media (Fintech/eCommerce)
• Ability to think strategically with a flair in negotiation
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, a dynamic and global environment
• Excellent social skills which will enable you to interact with a wide range of personalities and build effective relationships at all levels of the organization
• Highly organized, collaborative self-starter with the ability to work under pressure, set priorities, handle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
• Strong organizational skills to complete sales processes
