Job Description
Overview and Responsibilities

The Production Assistant will assist in the creative production of corporate sizzles, campaign recaps, and consumer facing product promotions for ViacomCBS Consumer Products. You will be supporting all aspects of video production from conception through delivery.

Responsibilities:
• Responsible for screening, logging and editing comps to assist Producers in production of sizzles
• Organize shoot footage and creative assets for delivery to our production vendors
• Build and collate digital links and drives for client route, meetings and presentations
• Provide necessary assistance to the Franchise Story video team members in the execution of outstanding creative, for both B2B and consumer facing audiences
• Shadow team members during shoots / cut review process to acquire production experience and understand our unique production process
• Take complete ownership of video delivery, making sure files are formatted correctly for use in presentations, pitch decks, and On-Air
• Submit and organize deliverables for clients and archive digital files to our online databases
• Research pop music tracks online, as well as selections from various libraries as assigned
• Support remote shoots and Zoom recordings with senior executives when needed
• Sit in and oversee edit, VO and mix sessions as assigned

Duties:
• Develop relationships with internal contacts throughout the entire ViacomCBS Consumer Products team to facilitate the acquisition of assets from all groups based on project needs
• Handle assets on multiple projects and project prep to stay on schedule and hit client / production deadlines
• Track assets and deliverables
• Make edits to existing content and reformat files for presentations and partner meetings
• Attend client kick-off meetings and vendor production calls to understand the project goals and production / delivery dates
• Brainstorm with internal creative team on how to best achieve project goals
• Work with assigned Producers and Project Managers to stay on top of all requests and manage expectations
• Stay current in design trends and new technology and apply them in the execution of the work
• Own the ordering of props and other production supplies for shoots and events
• Some production runs are necessary

Basic Qualifications
• 1+ years of production experience
• Ability to edit video on Adobe Premiere Pro CC
• Ability to utilize Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator for basic photo edits and simple design work
