Overview

Last.fm is looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead the end-to-end software project delivery including definition, planning, execution and implementation.

Roles and Responsibilities:
• Be the heart of a cross-functional agile software development team delivering updates to Last.fm's website and applications, across our technology stack
• Coordinate the planning, deployment and maintenance of Last.fm's development projects
• Collaborate with the product owner and tech leads to coordinate the story backlog and deliver against it
• Lead the collaborative team planning processes by running the daily standup and chairing other sprint meetings
• Support technology teams to manage delivery proactively, balancing the scope, schedule, resourcing, dependencies, and communications
• Produce and track accurate project plans, ensuring the agreed dates are being met

What skills do you need:
• Demonstrable years' experience in successfully managing software delivery
• Proven experience of Agile methodology and agile tools (Jira, confluence)
• Proven understanding of full software development lifecycle
• Experience balancing the workload of team members and supervise individuals of varying abilities
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills
• Interest in Music & Technology
