Job Description

Reporting to the Finance Director FP&A, this role requires someone who has extensive experience in developing and managing complex financial models and a comprehensive understanding of Revenue and Cost drivers, Profit & Loss, Cashflow and Balance Sheet forecasts.
This hands-on role will work closely with the functional Finance Managers in compiling the monthly forecasting, reporting and annual budget process and have the forecast submitted in TM1 and Oracle.
Responsibilities include:
• Manage the financial forecast process by running and maintaining forecast models.
• Responsible for coordination of forecast process by liaising with finance managers across different departments and compiling a consolidated forecast.
• Submit forecasts and budgets into local TM1 system as well into the global Oracle system.
• Provide detailed analysis on the current forecast in comparison to budget and prior periods.
• Perform comprehensive and in-depth company and industry research including peer benchmarking
• Support senior finance managers with monthly and quarterly reporting requirements and the analysis of financial performance.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Skills required:
• Completed CA/CPA
• Excellent communication skills (both written and oral)
• Ability to interact effectively with multiple internal teams as well as executives in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent modelling skills and detail oriented with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent report presentation skills
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint
• Demonstrates high level of understanding and application of finance reporting tools (such as TM1, Qliksense, Cognos)
• Ability to work well under pressure. Great attitude and team player
• Provide a high level of customer service to both internal and external customers
• Independent, strategic, and creative thinker who is a strong collaborative team player and is willing to take on additional responsibilities as necessary
• High degree of organizational skill - requires the ability to balance and prioritize a multitude of requests, initiatives in various stages of completion
• Solid Accounting, budgeting, and forecasting knowledge
• Ability to handle high volume with a high level of accuracy
