CTD produces or distributes 10 first-run series, including the long-running, critically acclaimed hits Judge Judy, Dr. Phil, Entertainment Tonight, Wheel of Fortune, Jeopardy!, Inside Edition and Rachael Ray, and holds the largest distributed television library.

CBS Television Distribution is currently searching for an International Dubbing Manager to join their team!
Overview & Responsibilities:
• Liaise with post facility, dubbing studios and regional sales office during the creation of foreign language dub tracks and subtitles for Scripted TV Series that meet specific territory requirements of various clients, taking care of high volume television series distribution, and time sensitive delivery deadlines.
• Maintain critical timelines for ''day after broadcast'' delivery schedules to major digital platforms and broadcasters around the world.
• Analyze, interpret and implement technical specifications to assist with onboarding new Int'l clients requiring various formats, standards and delivery methods.
• Work with Sales and Business Affairs teams on technical specifications and delivery requirements for International client contracts.
• Collaborate with ViacomCBS Marketing team to fulfill metadata and artwork requirements.
• Coordinate with other ViacomCBS Project Managers to ensure dubbing schedules remain on track to meet delivery dates for clients receiving multiple (synchronous) language deliveries.
• Budget large-scale projects with various post-houses/dubbing studios, working with Accounts Payable to review/approve invoices as each project is completed.
• Liaise with ViacomCBS field offices in researching availability and accessing existing foreign language tracks and subtitles from licensees on library product.
• Create Purchase Orders in proprietary PO system and manage movement of file/tape materials via VCBS Inventory system, and track progress of all projects using Sales Force based project management system

Basic Qualifications:

4-5 years in international Dubbing and Servicing with a thorough knowledge of digital audio / video mastering formats as well as some knowledge of Physical Media assets.

Familiarity with Broadcast, SVOD, TVOD, AVOD global players, and other Digital Media experience.

Additional Qualifications:

Excellent Organizational, Prioritization, Communication and Computer Skills.
