Overview & Responsibilities

Come work as a Director, Partner Solutions will be responsible for calling on high level clients and media directors/planners to drive and improve advertising revenue across all platforms within ViacomCBS. The Director will work across multiple sales channels, including Linear, Digital, Social, Data, and Multi-platform/Convergent Sales. The Convergent Director, Partner Solutions is a highly skilled sales person and a strategic business thinker, who is deeply knowledgeable of their account's business. Candidate must be a teammate, organized and have the ability to work across multiple teams!

Basic Qualifications:
• 8+ years' experience in Advertising Sales/Solutions Sales/Marketing.
• 5+ years selling at the Account Executive Level.
• Shown ability to develop Client/Strategy relationships at key decision maker levels.
• Proven history of deal-making and revenue performance.
• Deep industry knowledge across multiple sales categories.

Additional Qualifications:
• Looking for a strategic individual possessing qualitative/quantitative skills to develop highly directed account plans for their clients.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including at senior levels.
• Strong ability to communicate and function as a collaborator/account strategist across multiple groups within ViacomCBS.
• Ability to proactively prioritize and lead multiple projects with tight deadlines.
• Highly collaborative, solutions-oriented teammate.
