What is the role?

We're calling out for an enthusiastic Digital Marketing expert. Digital is a key focus for us and we're looking for a passionate individual who values innovation, outstanding user experience and great storytelling with particular interest and experience in email and marketing automation.

Key Responsibilities

Working with multiple stakeholders across the Network under the Digital Marketing Manager, with the support of the wider Digital Marketing team, your day will include things like this:
• Responsibility for executing and optimising relevant and engaging campaigns to the 10play database, utilising channels including email, push notifications and in-app messages
• Liaising with Content and Design teams to support campaign execution
• Managing the curation and implementation of 10 play paid social activity
• Ensuring best practice contact guidelines are upheld to protect and respect the member database while managing the overarching 10 play communications calendar
• Innovatively use marketing automation to promote network priority content and personalise communications
• Working resourcefully to increase membership, data collection and enrichment
• Devising new ways to optimise membership experiences on 10 play with the goal to drive engagement and retention
• Providing customer service support, responding, and troubleshooting membership enquiries from the public
• Working alongside the Digital Technology and Product teams to address and resolve issues, plus improve membership usability across the 10 play platforms

QUALIFICATIONS:

What we're looking for:
• You're becoming an expert in the field of Marketing Automation /digital marketing with a minimum of 2 years' experience
• Passionate about all things digital, media streaming and marketing
• Super-user of Braze or other marketing automation platform
• Understanding of HTML
• CMS experience in WordPress or similar
• Excellent copy writing experience fit for channel (e.g. email vs push vs social)
• Understanding the role that analytics and insights plays in day-to-day activities with the help of a third-party platform such as Adobe Analytics
• Database management experience
• Experience using project management tools
• Ability to work independently and as a proactive member of a team
• Creative with an eye for design and strong attention to detail
