Effect is a premium integrated marketing solutions team. This full-service business is purpose-built to help marketers create innovative brand partnerships and activations across the ViacomCBS portfolio of brands, including 10, 10 Bold, 10 Peach, MTV, Nickelodeon, Nick Jr, 10 Play, 10 Speaks, 10 All Access, CBS Interactive, Comedy Central and their related digital and event properties. Effect will unlock integration opportunities and create innovative brand partnerships to deliver the greatest effect and best in market experience for our clients.

We are now looking for someone with a passion for TV who spends their life in digital and has a fresh creative approach to integrating brands into online platforms to join our busy 10 Effect (commercial integration) team.

The successful applicant will be responsible for the management and execution of digital brand integrations across 10's ecosystem including 10 play, social media, CTV, eDM and 10 Speaks. Working with the Digital Integration Executive, you will manage the editorial lifecycle for sponsors including contributing to the strategy and brief response, content planning and publishing, ongoing monitoring, optimisation and reporting as required.

The role liaises with our broadcast integration team, digital sales team, social media team, digital content, design and technology teams, production companies and our sales partners to manage sponsored campaigns across 10's digital platforms. You will be working across programming such as MasterChef, The Bachelor, The Masked Singer, Australian Survivor and The Living Room, as well as digital-only campaigns and brand-funded shows.

Key Areas of focus:

Pre-sales
• Contributing to brief responses and proactive opportunities
• Liaising with the content and technology teams to ensure ideas are feasible and achievable
• Creating digital mocks for pitches, briefing in design where necessary

Implementation
• Building out sponsored content on 10 play using the Wordpress CMS and other programs
• Working closely with 10's social and digital content teams to execute sponsored activity
• Briefing design on sponsored site assets, social content, digital deliverables and eDMs
• Facilitating program previews with brands to help plan social content, and exporting show vision from production platforms for use on branded channels

Reporting
• Optimization of sponsored activity when required
• Post campaign reporting and analytics including use of Adobe Analytics and social media

QUALIFICATIONS:

Here's what you'll need:
• Minimum of 1-2 years' experience working in digital production, digital agency or media/entertainment sectors
• Proven skills in project management including planning and organisation across multiple campaigns, attention to detail and time management
• Expertise in developing, implementing, managing, reporting and optimising digital editorial and social media strategies for brands
• Strong stakeholder management skills and a genuine collaborative approach, including experience working and collaborating with advertisers and sales teams
• Hands-on experience with Content and Video Content Management Systems
• Excellent problem solving, troubleshooting, negotiation and decision making skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Powerpoint, Excel and Word
