JOB SUMMARY

Paramount Pictures is seeking a Digital Marketing coordinator to support our Interactive / WW Digital Marketing department. We are looking for someone with strong critical thinking skills, attention to detail and a passion for film.

Responsibilities to include, but not limited to:
• Passion for digital marketing, social media platforms, digital trends, emerging technologies, movies and entertainment.
• Own the asset management process for the digital team: receiving, organizing, tagging, documenting, legal clearances and sharing all digital assets used in marketing.
• Facilitates the completion of contractual agreements with internal stakeholders and outside vendors, including the processing of invoices in a timely manner.
• Assists in day-to-day digital community management on film socials and the Paramount brand channels
• Assists in the project management of digital media programs including the timely delivery of creative assets
• Assists with the development of all digital content inclusive of imagery, descriptions, video for multiple brands.
• Actively monitor O&O social pages and editorial posts to amplify engagements and community management across key social platforms; track and report to marketing/management team.
• Help manage & foster influencer partnerships.
• Coordinate and cover live events to capture social reactions from participants
• Seek innovative ways to engage target consumers and press across digital media.
• Participate in building out internal CRM system to capitalize on 1st party data.
• Summarizing and analyzing research data to support presentations/projects.
• Tracking competitive advertising, monitor promotions marketplace activity and help maintain competitive tracking data and marketplace trends
• Ability to manage multiple outside creative agencies and provide clear, concise creative feedback and guidance
• Support creative rotations for paid media and paid social creative

Basic qualifications:
• Minimum two years of related experience
• Proficient in Google Drive apps, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, & Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Ability to work within a growing team & collaborate.
• Creative; can ideate on-the-spot for new posts and campaigns to drive social platform growth.
• Proactive on social accounts (Twitter, Pinterest, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook/Instagram) with ability to identify trends and opportunity for engagement.
• Deep knowledge of top social media channels plus understanding of growing channels like Reddit, Discord, Twitch, etc.
• Experience building GIFs, Instagram/Snapchat stories, TikTok/Instagram Reels, and polls a plus
• Must be outgoing, organized, efficient, team player, resourceful, creative and able to balance multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent oral, written, interpersonal communication skills; with good judgment and ability to interact with different levels of management and team.
• Be a pro-active, self-starter that takes initiative and anticipates team needs.
• Must have a keen sense of attention to detail.

Desired skills/experience
• Knowledgeable in iMovie, Final Cut, Adobe Photoshop / InDesign
• Basic copywriting skills Creative copywriting experience and visual design skills a plus
• Knowledge of marketing/web analytics tools
• Experience working within the entertainment industry highly desirable
