Responsibilities

Universal Pictures is seeking a Manager to work on the Film Delivery & Operations team. The right person for this role enjoys working on multiple tasks and titles throughout the day/week in a fast-paced environment that requires a high level of organization and attention to detail. This position's primary role will oversee intake of production document deliverables for projects with outside studios, producers and production companies and facilitate document delivery to external companies for output deals.

Essential Responsibilities:
• Share ownership and accountability for document delivery coming from external partners and delivering out to various distribution channels as needed.
• Monitor uploads for assigned titles, including issue assessment and mitigation.
• Review documents for completion and request corrections where needed (ex: Location Agreements, SAG and DGA documents, Talent Agreements, Animal Welfare, Minors, Daily Reports, etc.)
• Ad-hoc analysis of incoming deliverables across titles from different business units and business functions as requested.
• Collaborate in creating delivery schedules, delivery checklists, updating templates, and maintenance of delivery dashboards.
• Host user training & onboarding sessions for new external users delivering to studio on the platform's Best Practices for procedural clarity.
• Contribute to process and technical innovation initiatives to support studio needs.
• Serve as back up delivery platform administrator.

Qualifications/Requirements
Basic Qualifications:
• Relevant industry experience in either film or television with a general understanding of production related documentation and basic familiarity of production legal
• Strong verbal and written communications presence/ skills which can be effectively deployed when liaising with partners
• Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint)
• Familiarity with web-based platforms (Scenechronize, Smartsheet, Asana) and display ability to manage platform admin tools
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent industry experience
