Overview
The Digital Distribution group within Universal Pictures Home Entertainment is responsible for distributing and monetizing the NBCU film & television portfolio of content across all domestic transactional platforms. The primary responsibility of this role is to manage the day-to-day administrative functions for two SVPs and two VPs. Responsibilities may include screening calls, making travel and meeting arrangements, expense reconciliation, filing and data entry, supporting planning of team meetings & events. Requires strong organizational, computer and software skills. Also calls for flexibility, general office support, excellent interpersonal skills, project coordination experience, and the ability to work well with all levels of internal management and staff, as well as outside clients.

Responsibilities include:
• Relieve management of administrative detail across a variety of projects.
• Answer and screen calls, manage calendar, process expense reports, and perform other administrative duties as assigned.
• Organize and maintain files on all projects and keep updated.
• Arrange travel and all accommodations including detailed itineraries.
• Act as liaison with all internal and external clients/departments.
• Manage ad hoc special projects and support coordination of special events.
• Assist with internal communications with staff as well as clients.
• Coordinate staff meetings, conferences, and client meetings as necessary.
• Procurement of office and kitchen supplies as needed.
• Support broader team members with ad hoc administrative and planning needs.
• Maintain a high degree of confidentiality and discretion regarding all matters and documents.

Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
• High School Diploma.
• Excellent computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
• Strong attention to detail and demonstrated initiative.
• Proved strong organizational and administrative skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize work required.
• Willingness to work early mornings or evenings, and if necessary be flexible with hours.
• Punctual, regular and consistent attendance.
