Program Manager (International)

UMG's Music Strategy and Tactics team is seeking a passionate music enthusiast with Marketing, Admin, Commerce, and/or Data analysis experience. The ideal candidate will be incredibly organized, and detail oriented with impeccable time management skills. We are looking for someone who will feel comfortable owning a direct relationship to their set of label groups and is comfortable working cross functionally with many different types of people and roles. This role will be a great opportunity for someone who is interested in growing their knowledge across many different verticals in the music industry including Marketing, Digital, Streaming, A&R, Advertising, and Artist relations.

This person will serve as the key member in managing strategic repertoire programs across central teams at UMG labels, international markets, and artist management teams.

How you'll CREATE:
• Develop creative programs with the key partners and internal stakeholders to market and create engagement with the entire UMG catalog and drive revenue.
• Collaborate effectively with multiple stakeholders to incorporate innovative approaches to brand and artist development in the ever-changing digital consumption landscape.
• Partner with internal MS&T team and Business Units at UMG to manage day-to-day communication and direction around priorities and campaigns and proactively plan for campaign needs.
• Manage creation and output of reporting and analysis for campaigns dictating performance metrics and proving success for team strategies.

Bring your VIBE:
• Must be nimble with excel and internal reporting tools and dashboards.
• Familiarity with streaming metrics a must (Spotify 4 artists, UML, Tik Tok Data, etc.).
• Excellent communication skills, ability to organize groups.
