Elias Music, a unit of UMG, is one of the world's most esteemed original music, audio branding and music licensing companies, is looking for an in-house Production Coordinator in either Los Angeles, CA or New York, NY.

We are currently seeking a highly motivated individual who thrives on organization, logistics, and attention to detail. Candidates should be excellent team supervisors and self-starters who are excited to utilize their diverse skills to ensure a busy music production department operates smoothly. Due to the fast-paced nature of the industry and our highly demanding clients we are looking for someone who is adaptable, nimble and has an aptitude for creative problem solving. An ideal candidate will have great social skills, a sense of discretion and respect for confidentiality, understanding of complex relationships between corporate clients and their agencies/vendors.

How you'll CREATE:
• Manage ELIAS creative and production team members to ensure efficiency and clarity in all areas of communication and project asset delivery.
• Supervise external production resources to make sure all project based deliverables are complete and delivered on schedule.
• As the lead production contact for clients on custom audio projects you will direct clients through the ELIAS production process. In addition, you will be required to design/build pitch decks and other client facing presentations and materials.
• Develop new, and update existing, production practices (client facing and internal) to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
• Attend and actively participate in weekly staff meetings where you will be required to give a report on project status and other production-based needs and initiatives.
• Track project related expenses and create reports to share with production and finance teams.
• Vendor/Talent management: Ensure that any and all talent/vendors on active projects are presented with correct paperwork before project begins and that fully signed copies of paperwork are filed properly. Identify and resolve potential talent/vendor conflicts. Ensure that talent/vendors are onboarded into payment system and PO's/Invoices are processed in a timely fashion.

Bring your VIBE:
• Knowledge of music production and post-production services and process.
• Experience managing team members
• Photoshop and Power Point fluency to assist in the creation of client facing documents.
• Exceptional organizational, time management, written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, Outlook.
• Strong customer-focused aptitude with a polite and courteous manner.
• Possess the ability to work in a fast-paced collaborative and creative environment
• Superior work ethic and a dynamic, positive attitude
• Experience with DAW's and audio/video editing platforms a plus
• Must be familiar with and have a deep understanding of Elias Music's music services.
• Experience working with or for post-production facilities, editorial houses, content studios, and advertising agencies.
