Job Description
How you'll LEAD:

The Executive Compensation, Senior Analyst will report directly to the Vice President – Total Rewards and support the executive compensation department in the areas of executive compensation short-term & long-term program design, financial analysis and forecasting and preparation of executive compensation materials for senior management and the Remuneration Committee of the Board. The individual assuming this role will work with corporate Human Resource/Center of Excellence teams as well as counterparts in finance, accounting, legal, tax and payroll.

How you'll CREATE:
• Support the implementation and administration of executive compensation programs and initiatives which include base, annual incentive, and long-term incentive pay
• Draft compensation-related proxy tables and assist with preparation of the Compensation Discussion & Analyst (CD&A) for inclusion in the annual proxy statement under US and The Dutch Authority for the Financial Markets requirements
• Prepare deliverables for C&O Committee meetings and respond to ad-hoc requests from Senior Management or C&O Committee Chair under US and The Dutch Authority for the Financial Markets requirements
• Forecast and model potential incentive compensation plan design changes and their impact on executive compensation and the Company's financial performance
• Research and identify market trends and best practices and their potential impact
• Use analytical tools and statistics to perform analysis and forecasting of financial and other business information to assist in the evaluation and design of executive compensation programs
• Work with Finance to model and analyze the Company's financial performance in relationship to our short-term and long-term incentive compensation plan designs
• Develop tools to monitor peer groups for relative financial performance, executive compensation, and incentive compensation program design, and provide other analytical support as needed
• Provide data and reports to internal stakeholders to formulate recommendations for total compensation reviews based on executive level compensation benchmark analyses, that looks to internal equity and external competitiveness
• Participates in compensation surveys to collect and analyze data to determine our company's competitive position of pay
• Audits Workday HCM system to ensure compensation-related data are correct. Investigates & resolves discrepancies.
• Assist in the compilation of quarterly perquisite data for Section 16B officers for annual proxy statement reporting and tax purposes.

• Thorough understanding of short and long-term incentive plans; concepts and designs
• Experience preparing Board and Compensation Committee materials
• Knowledge of ISS and Glass Lewis proxy advisor services
• Strong understanding of financial and accounting statements
• In-depth practical knowledge of financial analysis techniques and methodologies
• Heavily seasoned ''power-user'' regarding Excel and PowerPoint preferred
• Highly effective data management skills with a commitment to accuracy and details
• Workday HRCM and Advanced Compensation software experience a plus
• Euronext financial reporting experience preferred
• Strong project management skills
• Highly collaborative with an ability to understand and relate to multiple stakeholders from various disciplines (e.g., finance, legal, operations)
• Strong written, verbal, and graphic communication skills
• Ability to cope with shifting/multiple priorities and deadlines
• Ability to apply logic, problem solve and deliver results on complex data analysis
• Demonstrate strong initiative and exercise good judgment and resourcefulness
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
• 5+ years' experience in executive compensation role
• Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, or related field
• SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) or Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) credentials certification preferred
