Universal Music Group seeks an eCommerce Operations Director, 3rd Party Sales Channels to work across our clients' stores to ensure best-in-class e-commerce services are executed for our clients. Job Functions

The eCommerce Operations Director, 3rd Party Sales Channels role will be responsible for managing the operational engagement, onboarding, process development, training programs, and ongoing maintenance of all third party sales channels, including but not limited to: Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Snapchat, Amazon, etc.

Responsibilities:
• Recognize opportunities to publish eCommerce products on 3rd party sales channels in order to increase revenue and provide an elevated service for labels
• Identify business opportunities to engage new partners based on eCommerce industry trends, keep roadmap of planned partnerships
• Operational point of contact for all preliminary conversations regarding 3rd party integrations
• Document processes for engaging and onboarding all 3rd party sales channels
• Partner with T as the Operational lead for technical implementation of all 3rd party sales channels. Operational point of contact for all preliminary conversations regarding 3rd party integrations
• Document processes for engaging and onboarding all 3rd party sales channels
• Provide weekly KPIs on all 3rd party sales channel performances to internal teams as well as prepare quarterly presentations to label groups and executives
• Provide guidance on the 3rd party sales channel strategy for artist campaigns – including marketing, content management, and individual product highlights
• Guide team members through any operational or technical issues they encounter while implementing or managing 3rd party sales channels
• Partner with paid media team to assure 3rd party channel operations and advertising strategy are aligned
• Be the subject matter expert on all things 3rd party sales channels
• Work cross-functionally to ensure information regarding 3rd party sales channels is socialized across all departments including logistics, IT, and customer service

Job Requirements

Skills + Abilities:
• Extremely detail-oriented and highly organized
• Experience working in eCommerce project management
• Intermediate knowledge of Shopify
• Understanding of Facebook and Instagram eCommerce capabilities
• Experience working with Facebook Business Manager
• Experience working with Google Merchant Center
• Understanding of Google Analytics
• Experience in management and mentoring of staff
• Self-starter who can complete tasks with minimal supervision
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Works well with a team
• Able to meet tight and strict deadlines
• Ability to effectively manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously
• Easily adjusts to shifting priorities
• Trustworthy with sensitive information
• Working Knowledge of pixels and metadata

Must be available to accommodate business needs outside of standard operating hours.

Experience:
• 5+ years experience in E-Commerce operations Leadership

Education:
• Bachelor's degree in business, merchandising, or a related field
