A&R Coordinator (Astralwerks)

As a testament to its pioneering approach, Astralwerks has amassed 30 GRAMMY® nominations, taken home six GRAMMY Awards and had historic releases from the likes of The Chemical Brothers, Swedish House Mafia, Halsey, Porter Robinson, Phoenix, Eric Prydz, Fatboy Slim and many others. Astralwerks is currently looking for an A&R Coordinator who has a passion for electronic music, superior attention to detail, great organizational skills, the ability to meet tight deadlines, and juggle multiple critical requests. Must be very efficient and highly attuned to the smallest of details, as well as being able to multi-task and work on tight deadlines in a high-pressure environment is crucial. A ''can-do'' attitude is essential.

How you'll CREATE:
• Scheduling releases, submitting for UPC's etc.
• Accepting & coordinating sign-up for ICLA's internally & with BA
• Sending StudioCDN's
• StudioHub entries for all Astralwerks releases
• A&R research & scouting duties
• Arranging pitch song folders, demo folders etc
• Booking studios/travel for artists etc
• A&R invoices & admin

Bring your VIBE:
• Heavy interest/experience in electronic music scene
• A&R focused direction and excitement to help find records, research tools etc
• 1-2 years of promotions, A&R, and/or administrative experience in music or entertainment
• Experience supporting more than one senior executive is preferred
• Degree or equivalent experience preferred
• Must be passionate about music and excited to learn in a fun and inspiring environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Positive and can-do attitude
• Comfortable in fast-paced environment
• Flexibility and the ability to juggle multiple priorities
• Ability to interact with employees at all levels
• Strong proficiency and working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
