Job Description

UTA is seeking a Representative, Sales Operations to join its Sales Operations (SOP) team, focused on participation statements. The Representative, Sales Operations will report to the Manager, Sales Operations - Finance. The Representative, Sales Operations will be responsible for reviewing participation statements and bookings, as well as setting up payment schedules as directed by the Manager, Sales Operations - Finance. In a GAAP-compliant accounting environment this role will enter new client and UTA package bookings and review and modify existing bookings as necessary to reflect performance dates, which correspond to the period covered on a participation statement. This role will meet with Agents/Assistants on an ad hoc basis and will provide reporting to other finance departments to facilitate forecasting and collections.

What You Will Do
• Meet with SOP Manager and provides daily updates on participation statements received
• Meet with assigned agents and their assistants on an ad hoc basis to ensure complete and accurate booking data and reports
• Enter and maintain client and UTA package bookings
• Coordinate with studios regarding timing of statements and payment dates
• Provide regular reporting to other finance departments to facilitate forecasting, collections, and insights into client and UTA package performance
• Coordinate with the Cash Management team as necessary to ensure payments are applied to the correct booking
• Provide exceptional customer service to agents and other stakeholders
• Build long-term relationships based on trust and confidentiality
• Assist with ad hoc analysis and requests

What You Will Need
• 3+ years of experience in an office setting preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or related field strongly preferred
• Entertainment experience required
• Familiarity with studio accounting ultimates strongly preferred
• Prior experience in a customer service focused role a plus
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Self-motived and tenacious; to be successful, the role requires persistence and follow-up
• Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written
• Proficient in Excel and Outlook
