Job Description
United Talent Agency is seeking an HRIS Analyst reporting to the Senior HR Administration Manager. This position will support the Workday system and its various touchpoints, including a focus on the Workday Reporting and Recruiting modules. Primary duties will include configuration, enhancements, break-fix resolution, and providing strong internal HR and end-user support. This position will also own internal reporting and analytics, including fulfilling requests for data, building and maintaining dashboards, and training users in report usage. Qualified candidates must be an inquisitive problem-solver, have consistent follow-through, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a high-volume environment.

What You Will Do

Workday Recruiting and HRIS
• Manage ongoing Workday design, configuration, and maintenance; with a focus on the Reporting and Recruiting modules
• Demonstrate some familiarity in other Workday modules including HCM, Onboarding, Benefits, Absence Management, and integrations
• Possess thorough knowledge of Workday Recruiting, including job application setup, job requisition configuration, recruiting stage workflow, the candidate experience, offer letter management, and related recruiting reporting
• Provide deep experience with Workday Reporting concepts, including custom report creation, calculated fields, custom objects and fields, report scheduling and administration, and dashboards
• Monitor day-to-day system operation, including interfaces between Workday and other upstream/downstream systems and vendors
• Research and test new functionality, features, and fixes within Workday including the bi-annual releases
• Analyze current processes for overall effectiveness and recommend plans for continued process improvements to support business strategies and operational needs
• Create detailed documentation of business processes and systems functionality
• Provide training, direction, and guidance to other colleagues in their areas of Workday expertise
• Troubleshoot and address Workday needs and issues of end-users with appropriate urgency and attention
• Liaise with external partners and vendors, including Workday Customer Center and third-partner applicant management vendors
• Participate in educational opportunities including being an active user of Workday Community

Reporting and Analytics
• Respond to reporting and data requests in a timely manner and with a thoughtful approach
• Work with colleagues to understand and tease out their analytics needs
• Anticipate end-user needs and proactively provide reports, tools, and dashboards to enhance their day-to-day roles
• Maintain regular data reporting, including diversity and turnover metrics
• Fulfill annual EEO-1 compliance reporting
• When applicable, translate reporting outputs into user-friendly presentation materials

What You Will Need
• Bachelor's degree strongly preferred
• Minimum 2+ years of Workday configuration experience
• Experience in Workday reporting and Recruiting modules strongly preferred
• Proven ability to manage tasks with competing priorities and deadlines, independently determining order of priority and self-initiating other value-added tasks
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word,PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Must have attention to detail while still thinking ''big picture''
• Self-starter with a proven ability to take initiative
• Must be hard-working with a strong desire to learn
• Must be able to multitask and be able to manage conflicting priorities and have a proactive approach to problem-solving
• Must possess communication skills suited to a wide variety of audiences in both written and verbal capacities
• Ability to recognize and process confidential and sensitive information appropriately
• Must possess strong organizational skills
• Ability to meet deadlines and adjust to changing priorities
• Ability to solve problems, take ownership and accountability
• Possess excellent five-star customer service and follow up skills.
