Job Description

As the workspace manager you will be responsible for various applications such as:
• Active Directory (Local AD as well as Azure AD)
• LastPass
• OpenVPN Access Server
• Microsoft Office 365 including Teams
• Evoko Software
• Slack

You will also encounter different hardware including:
• Dell laptops (XPS series)
• Apple MacBooks
• Docking stations (Dell)
• Evoko (Meeting room system)

You will also be responsible for keeping up with the stock of laptops/peripherals so that they can be given out to the new employees, or old laptops that are defective that need to be replaced.

Your Responsibilities
• Taking care of all laptops and workstations within i3D.net
• Supervising new employees on their first day
• Creating and tracking tickets for both Dell (submitting laptops for repair) and at Ubisoft through their system
• Answering questions via Slack/e-mail and in person
• Advise colleagues from your expertise
• Being able to work independently and in teams
• Keeping your knowledge and skills up to date and sharing them with colleagues
• Creating and maintaining procedures
• Fix problems and other issues
