Job Description

Joint responsibilities with Account Manager in US:
• Build and maintain relationships with Microsoft's strategic and operational teams, establishing transparent and timely communication.
• Create and drive strategies to accelerate profitable revenue growth from Ubisoft's digital content above annual revenue targets.
• Present Ubisoft's business priorities to Microsoft partners and secure support for content launches and lifecycle pulse points.
• Lead efficient communication and collaboration with internal partners, influencing and synchronizing cross-functional efforts.
• Oversee and ensure successful execution of lifecycle strategies and initiatives, and delivery of Microsoft partnership agreements.
• Build Xbox platform insights and account expertise to identify business opportunities and propose solutions to technical challenges.
• Devise the content plan and meeting presentation for Microsoft's bi-annual Digital Days; present and contribute in meeting discussions.
• Research and analyze key competitors' initiatives and offerings in the digital marketplace.

Responsibilities led and owned by Account Manager in Paris:
• Lead weekly Xbox Store team meetings, including creating clear agendas, meeting notes and prioritized action items.
• Monitor and analyze Wishlist, pre-order and sales results, with Sales Analytics teams, and organize the centralization of sales data.
• Coordinate with D2P and Microsoft teams to prepare flawless title launches into the Ubisoft+ subscription; escalate technical issues as needed.
• Initiate Quarterly Live Service Updates from Brand teams; consolidate and share with Microsoft Partners to secure support for our live content and events.
• Collaborate with internal teams to prepare game releases into Game Pass (Xbox & PC), including coordinating technical setup and tracking music streaming rights.
• Prioritize and track internal data improvement requests (from UDO, Online Services, LRS) and lead Quarterly Data Syncs with Microsoft Engineering.
• Coordinate with Retail Sales and cross-functional teams and execute the setup of Xbox Code-to-Content (C2C) promotions at retail.
• Be the Microsoft Account Team point of contact for the APAC Engagement Hub and share regular business updates and best practices.
• Address and troubleshoot all urgent requests and emergencies that arise during the European time zone, internally and with Microsoft.

Qualifications
• Experienced working within the Sales process, including on 1st party, retailer, or tech partner accounts
• Have well-developed interpersonal and relationship-building skills
• Demonstrate efficient and effective presentation and communication skills
• Be consultative, influential, facilitative and collaborative
• Skilled in driving and synchronizing cross-functional initiatives
• Possess solid negotiation skills and fearlessly ask for more
• Professionally inquisitive, driven, pro-active, adaptable, agile and a resourceful problem solver
• Be well-organized to manage and prioritize projects in a highly dynamic environment
