Qualifications
Responsibilities:
• Maintenance and update of the employees' data and people related information
• Drawing up and maintenance of the HR paper flow related to the employment (hiring, termination, transfers, vacations etc) following the requirements of the Labour Code
• Supporting and updating, verifying and maintaining the database of the employees and bank-related information
• Providing relevant information to the related parties as per requests
• Supporting the internal process of information flow in order to ensure an accurate database in a timely manner
• Taking part in processes improvement activities and HR operations projects
Requirements
• 3+ years of experience in a similar position
• Excellent knowledge of the Ukrainian labor legislation
• Good command of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and the ability to learn to manage additional software applications
• Good command of English (written and spoken)
• Attention to details
• Able to meet deadlines
• Ability to prioritize and effective organizational skills
