The Job
WarnerMedia seeks a Senior DevOps Engineer for the EDS department.

The Daily
• This is a hands-on senior DevOps Engineer position responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining IaaC to build, deploy and monitor cloud services/applications in AWS.
• This position should have advanced technical knowledge in cloud technologies, such as scalable and highly available computing architecture, server virtualization, advanced networking, identity, and access management.
• The candidate should have solid working knowledge in data and AI solution development leveraging the cloud platform and related tools, technologies.
• This candidate should have led onsite and offshore technical teams and experience in data processing, streaming and querying tools.

The Essentials
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in cloud technologies, RDS, Unix/Linux
• SME for AWS technology stack and services
• A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a related field
• AWS Solutions Architect Certification
• Hands-on experience with SQL, Python, and shell scripting
• Experience designing, implementing, and documenting scalable and highly available solutions in AWS
• Strong understanding of microservice architectures, principles, and patterns
• Experience with containerization related management stacks
• Deep familiarity with AWS cloud infrastructures optimization, CI/CD, patch management, security approach
• Experience developing Cloud applications with API management and distributed microservices based architecture
• Proficient in SQL, strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
• Proficiency with (CI/CD) continuous integration and continuous delivery tooling and best practices
• Always ready to learn and adapt new technologies
• Manage internal and external users access maintenance with KMS and Secrete managers
• Automated alert services with cloud watch, security, Identity and Compliance support using IAM, SSO etc.
• Develop and test a consistent, reusable disaster recovery process for enterprise data solutions
• Perform Incident Management coordination and execution
