The Job

WarnerMedia seeks a Production Coordinator for the Brand Creative Group department.

This position supports Turner Classic Movies Brand Creative & Original groups by tracking and managing projects (video & digital, & print) that the groups creates. Coordinates the intake of a project, assets, overview, and follows it through production & delivery. This position is very important and is the glue on our project management system (currently Smartsheet) also works as a back-up for sending assets to various TCM groups (Digital, Marketing, PR, WB partners, AT&T partners, and outside contracted partners, etc.) This position is crucial at assisting with production & project management, organizing, assessing current projects/future projects in production, keeping the team on track with the timelines and enhance TCM's function as a global brand.

The Daily
• Create and maintain an accurate master project grid for Brand Creative & Originals. Includes, supporting documentation for projects (briefs, scripts, progress notes, feedback, approvals, project cue sheets and transcripts).
• Following projects along the way, until delivery.
• Tracking final deliveries via dashboards.
• Coordinate team workflow and facilitate production communication as needed, includes setting up project kick-off's for post-production.
• Staying in close step with our Marketing coordinator and cross referencing deadlines.
• Maintain project management software (currently Smartsheet).
• In-studio and or field production coordination duties- for larger tent-pole projects & shoots (example TCMFF yearly). Coordinating shoots, equipment, travel, maintaining master shoot grids, production schedules and Ariba billing for (Brand Creative, Studio Group, and Marketing).
• Traffic Media in house & out of house- occasionally to and from external partners (agencies & edit-freelancers, etc.). (back up to our Digital Asset Manager)
• Liaison with WM Studios Post production contact on scheduling edit, audio, and design. Determining which TCM projects go in order. Maintaining the post production calendar.
• Training- on Producing Postings with WM Studios editor & PA's

The Essentials
• College Degree BA/BS with relevant degree in TV/Film. Two years of production and post-production experience required.
• Strong computer skills. Knowledge of Smartsheet required. Knowledge of the IPV, Media Silo, Frame IO, Adobe Premiere Pro, and Office 365 software a plus.
• Excellent people skills, project coordination experience a plus.
• Must be detail-oriented, proactive with strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
