then we want to talk to you about becoming the next Coordinator, Partner Strategy with Turner Sports
The Daily
• Assisting with the creation of custom sales presentations that drive revenue and reinforce Turner Sports leadership position in the marketplace
• Developing creative opportunities and proposals that strategically support key advertiser objectives throughout the Upfront, Calendar and Scatter Markets
• Assisting in the creation of fully integrated 'Media Kits' with sponsor opportunities across the Sports portfolio (NBA, MLB, NHL, etc) and distributing to Sales, working in collaboration with Design
• Assisting in the Development process from ideation to approvals, pitch development to final presentation and transitioning to Execution to recap deck creation
• Collaborating internally with Social, Production, Marketing, Sales, Research, and Digital teams to ensure opportunities will achieve goals and meet objectives
• Maintaining accurate status and pitch tracking documentation for the Strategy team to facilitate workload management and the smooth transition of sold promotions to Activation phase
• Frequently updating Sales Management on active pitches and opportunities that have sold
• Working closely in collaboration with National Sales teams to create customized pitch documents to proactively approach client and agency teams with new opportunities
• Following up on active pitches for status updates to provide to Content Partnerships and Sales Management teams
• Creating useful sales materials in collaboration with Research and Design teams to ensure consistent communication of offering across all offices (i.e. broadcast calendars; sport-by-sport infographics)
• Ensuring updates are frequently made to annual capabilities presentation, including but not limited to research, case studies and new client-solutions offerings

The Essentials
• 1-2 years of related work experience at media/sports company, agency or brand
• Excellent oral, written, interpersonal communication skills; with good judgement and ability to interact with different levels of management and team
• Strong presentation skills
• Exceptionally organized and detail-oriented team player with ability to successfully multitask and meet demanding deadlines
• 4-year college degree preferred; major in marketing/advertising or communications a plus
• Be a pro-active, self-starter that takes initiative and anticipates team needs
• High proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (PowerPoint, Excel, Word); Adobe Photoshop a major plus
• Clear understanding of and affinity for brands and passion for sports required
• This position will report to the Senior Director, Partnership Strategy
