The Daily
• Bringing best-in-class marketing promotions to clients; developing innovative solutions and custom sales presentations that drive revenue and reinforce Turner Sports leadership position in the marketplace
• Cultivate the Turner Sports Story for the marketplace, specifically the Capabilities presentation, serving as a brand evangelizer for the Turner Sports Portfolio
• Working with Turner Sports Activation team to brainstorm new turnkey opportunities and proactively bring them to the marketplace
• Creating fully integrated 'Media Kits' with sponsor opportunities across Turner's College Sports portfolio (NCAA/March Madness, Pac-12 Conference, additional TBA college basketball events, etc) and distributing to sales teams
• Developing creative opportunities and proposals that strategically support key advertiser objectives throughout the Upfront, Calendar and Scatter Markets
• Creating post-campaign recap decks proactively for sales teams to merchandise our success and push for partnership renewal
• Owning the process from ideation to approvals, pitch development to final presentation and execution hand-off to recap deck creation
• Collaborating internally with Social, Production, Marketing, Sales, Research, and Digital teams to ensure opportunities will achieve goals and meet both client and Turner Sports' objectives
• Serving as a trusted resource to Turner Sports/CBS Sports/NCAA counterparts in providing exceptional digital/social-focused support to the NCAA Corporate Champion and Partner Program
• Maintaining accurate status and pitch tracking documentation to facilitate workload management and the smooth transition of sold promotions from Strategy to Activation
• Assisting executive team in the creation of internal presentations, case studies and/or other high-level projects
• Delivering efficient presentations to a wide range of audiences from internal sales & marketing teams, to brand clients & agency buyers, planners and executives
• Manage the competitive tracking process by motivating Sales Assistants across the National offices to track events deemed appropriate, logging commercial breaks and sponsored elements

The Essentials
• 4+ years of related work experience at media/entertainment company, agency, platform or brand
• Excellent oral, written, interpersonal communication skills; with good judgement and ability to interact with different levels of management and team
• Strong presentation skills with the ability to present both internally and to external clients
• Exceptionally organized and detail-oriented team player with ability to successfully multitask and meet demanding deadlines
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in any discipline; major in marketing/advertising or communications a plus
• Be a pro-active, self-starter that takes initiative and anticipate team needs
• High proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (PowerPoint, Excel, Word); Keynote and Adobe Photoshop a major plus
• Clear understanding of and affinity for brand marketing
• Subject matter expertise of the collegiate sports marketing landscape and/or emerging trends such as Student-Athlete Name/Image/Likeness monetization are a plus! (But not required)
• This position will report to the Director, Partnership Strategy
