Automated tests are an essential technique we use to detect and report defects in our products. This enables developers to efficiently collaborate and iterate on compelling and exciting gameplay.

As a Test Automation Specialist, you will work closely with Quality Assurance and Engineering leadership to realize our vision for automated tests. You'll write and maintain documentation and utilize and monitor the automated system, collect, and visualize data, analyze, and report results. Effective communication skills will be used to build relationships with and influence developers across the organization.

Responsibilities:
• Work with QA colleagues across multiple studios to identify high priority automation solutions
• Collaborate with developers and QA teams to create documentation required by test engineers to efficiently create tests and solutions that allow implementation
• Conduct analysis of automated test results, including tracking impact of test automation on overall QA coverage
• Assemble new tests to increase and improve automated test coverage and to unburden QA teams
• Actively monitor automation system for stability and usability and report unexpected results to test automation engineers
• Conduct research to identify new techniques or solutions to continuously improve and grow test automation
• Actively utilize test automation tools to assist development and production teams with needed tests
• Create training documentation and assist in training others in the use of the automation system
• Meet regularly with QA leadership and test automation engineers to communicate expectations, track progress, and report issues
• Train and mentor Test Automation Analysts

Minimum Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree
• A minimum of 8 years' QA experience
• Strong passion for automation and software testing
• Experience leading teams
• Advanced understanding of QA processes
• Experience working in a collaborative team environment
• Self-motivated, strong sense of independence
