Art Machine is a fully integrated advertising agency located at the heart of the entertainment industry. We produce some of the world's most recognizable key art for film, TV/streaming and home media clients. We're looking for a Project Manager with a can-do attitude and a strong interest in entertainment marketing for our Home Media team. The right candidate must have prior home entertainment and adaptive creative experience to support packaging and platform-based campaigns. The ability to work concurrently and collaboratively with others while meticulously managing the quality control of multiple projects during all stages of creative development is essential.

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Interact with clients as a second point of contact.
• Establish meeting and project schedules with designers and maintain on-time accountability.
• Maintain and organize all incoming and outgoing client-supplied assets.
• Search client asset websites to find artwork necessary for projects.
• Work closely with the account, design & production teams in delegating all necessary assets & information on all active projects.
• Open and close jobs, and prepare all projects for billing.
• QC projects before they are sent to client.
• Handle the final delivery process for all completed projects and send out notifications.
• Provide administrative support for purchase order requests and invoice submissions.

QUALIFICATIONS
• 5+ years of experience within a fast-paced agency environment.
• Experience within the home entertainment space is a must, with a strong understanding of digital and print asset creation and production.
• Strong proficiency with Adobe CS, with an emphasis in Photoshop and InDesign.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Works collaboratively and proactively on multi-functional teams. Open to feedback.
• Meticulous and client-focused with a passion for the creative and production processes.
• Ability to communicate well both verbally and in writing with clients and internal team.
• Consistent follow-through, ability to traffic communication and ensure project timelines are met.
• A positive demeanor while under pressure to meet demanding deadlines.
