SUMMARY

Seeking a results-driven Resource Manager to provide ongoing support and collaborating on resource management with multiple teams within Trailer Park Group. This position will recruit and onboard temporary employees across all divisions. You will be responsible for maintaining balanced workloads and resolving resource conflicts companywide. You must be extremely comfortable sourcing and managing between 10-20 temp staffing assignments simultaneously and be able to remain motivated in a fast-paced environment. We are seeking a self motivated, flexible, personable, dynamic individual who loves people and process.

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Recruit for all temporary staffing needs across the agency
• Create and maintain a database of temporary employees and freelancers in the company ATS, including rates.
• Review candidate portfolios/resumes with a view to skillset match for open roles
• Meet with hiring managers to initiate recruitment processes and assess staffing expectations, develops a candidate profile, and communicate recruitment process.
• Interview applicants to assess skills and qualifications for current and or future opportunities.
• Present qualified candidates to hiring managers for vacant positions by effectively communicating the candidates' qualifications in relation to the job specifications.
• Work with Managers, Payroll, Facilities, and IT to onboard temporary employees quickly and efficiently
• Manage and track high volume of temporary employees as they are hired/rehired for assignments
• Build and utilize internal resources before outsourcing to temporary staffing agencies.
• If necessary manage external staffing agency relationships, and negotiate rates where necessary.
• Ensure the successful on-boarding/off-boarding of all temporary employees
• Mediate resource sharing issues with functional leads
• Documenting process and maintaining records
• Assist with creating and maintaining up to date Job Descriptions
• Develop & maintain strong relationships with hiring managers
• Assist with special projects as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS
• 3-5 years resource management or recruiting experience
• Experience of using applicant tracking systems.
• Must have proven ability to source and select appropriate candidates based upon position requirements.
• High level of computer expertise, must have the ability to respond and interact with all levels of organizational staff
• Proficiency in internet sourcing.
• Lots of energy and the ability to remain calm under pressure
• Knowledge of Contractor vs. Employee Classification
• Knowledge and staying informed on labor laws and trends in resource management for various states in the US

• A strong verbal and written communicator, able to build strong relationships with people at all levels of seniority
• Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and reporting skills
• Works collaboratively and proactively on multi-functional teams. Open to feedback
• Consistently communicates using appropriate methods for the situation and audience in a clear, concise and professional manner
• Proven analytical skills to compare, evaluate and develop recommendations
• Must be detailed oriented and accurate with data
• Strong organizational skills and attention to details
• A strong work ethic; able to work under pressure and juggle multiple responsibilities to meet deadlines and deliver results.
