Job Description
Art Machine is a fully integrated advertising agency with offices located in Los Angeles . We produce some of the world's most recognizable key art for film, TV and home media clients. We have built a great reputation on award-winning creative, great service, and a fun and energetic culture.

We're looking for a Production Coordinator with excellent organizational and time management skills. If you think you've got what it takes, we'd love to meet you.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Assist in maintaining and managing all ingoing and outgoing of client-supplied assets.
• Open, close, and track the status for all projects.
• Work closely with the production manager delegating all necessary projects to the finishing team.
• Preflight and deliver final assets to client, maintaining project oversight and ensuring proper quality control.
• Provide administrative support for purchase order requests and invoice submissions.
• Helping with booking freelance resource.
• Downloading imagery, creating of contact sheets and uploading.
• Creation of templates, adhering to strict guidelines.
• Assist with budget requests and project timelines.
• Establish project schedules and maintain on-time accountability.
• Monitor digital file guidelines, naming convention protocol and file sharing processes.
• Working with the photographic team to License imagery.
• Checking font licenses.

QUALIFICATIONS
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong computer skills and understanding of latest OSX operating systems, including Microsoft proficiencies in Excel, Outlook and Teams.
• Meticulous, result-oriented and customer-focused with a passion for the creative process.
• Ability to communicate well both verbally and in writing with clients, vendors and internal team.
• Good analytical, problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Consistent follow-through, ability to traffic communication and ensure project accuracy.
• A positive demeanor while under pressure to meet demanding deadlines.
• Understanding of pre-press and printing processes.
• 2-3 years of related industry experience. Agency experience preferred.
