London, United Kingdom
MXW is looking for an outstanding graphic designer, with extensive knowledge of PowerPoint, Keynote and Google Slides, to deliver superb on-screen storytelling for the world's leading film studios and streamers, including Netflix, Amazon, Universal and Disney+.
MXW, part of the Trailer Park Group, is a creative agency. We energise brands and delight audiences. That can mean reimagining Back to the Future for the 21st century, or recreating Jim Henson's Dark Crystal in fantastically nerdy detail. We provide big strategies, pitch-perfect presentations, or simply the one idea that makes everything click.
Our ideal candidate thinks laterally and conceptually to bring briefs to life through standout visual execution - dissecting content, identifying salient elements and hierarchy, to create impactful and imaginative layouts.
Whether it's for a quick turnaround template, a large-scale trade show or a high-end bespoke pitch, we require an exceptional level of visual communication and quality of finish that truly captures the spirit, tonality and voice of blockbuster films, global franchises, TV shows and original series.
Desired proficiencies and experience
3 to 5 years presentation design experience in an agency environment
2:1 or higher Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Branding or Design
Experience working in the entertainment sector
A passion for creating considered layouts that feel more the like the pages of a coffee table book than a traditional presentation
The ability to create supporting visuals, including photo-real mock-ups, photo retouching and image manipulation
Experience with creating marketing collateral, from brochures & sales sheets to HTML invites, event branding and mood boards.
Expertise in the following:
Microsoft PowerPoint including the use of themes and master slides, and working with charts, graphs and typography
Microsoft Office
Google Slides
Keynote
Adobe Creative Cloud - Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign
Adobe After Effects and understanding of AV / multimedia (desirable)
Apple Macs and PCs (proficiency in both)
The role is based in central London and applicants must be eligible to work in the United Kingdom.
