SUMMARY

We are looking for a Freelance Creative Recruiter to join the Trailer Park Group Talent Acquisition team.

As a Freelance Creative Recruiter at TPG, you are responsible for full cycle recruiting for full-time and freelance positions primarily within the Creative areas. You will manage recruitment activities at both a strategic and tactical level to ensure we are hiring the best people throughout the organization. We strive to maintain a diverse and inclusive talent pipeline that includes talented and qualified individuals.

Please note: We offer our staff the ability to work from home or from the Hollywood office. You can work where you feel is best suited for you. Candidates for this role must be able to work West Coast hours.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS
• Knowledge and experience recruiting for candidates within Digital and Social and Creative, preferably in an agency environment
• Works closely with Department Heads or other Hiring Managers to understand specific department requirements across TPG
• Actively contributes to the TPG recruiting strategy for reducing cost of recruitment, ensuring candidates are sourced directly wherever possible
• Reduces time to hire whilst maintaining quality of recruitment process
• Is an ambassador for TPG in candidate interviews
• Understand the local markets and where to source the right types of talent
• Provide updates and reports as needed on recruitment activity
• Ensure legal compliance and strong ethical behavior in all recruiting efforts

QUALITIES AND CHARACTERISTICS
• 3+ years of experience doing full-cycle recruiting with a focus on Digital and Social and Creative roles
• Ability to assess talent across all disciplines that is aligned with role expectations
• Experience in a creative environment is essential (agency experience ideal)
• Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (Greenhouse preferable)
• Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead, motivate and inspire
• High degree of flexibility, with the ability to manage workload within a fluid environment
