Job Description

Art Machine, a division of Trailer Park Group UK, is looking for an enterprising Account Manager for their fast-expanding London office. This is a hybrid role, requiring both time in office and working from home.

Art Machine is a fully integrated advertising agency with offices in London and Los Angeles. We produce some of the world's most recognizable key art for film, TV/streaming, and home media clients. We have built a great reputation on award-winning creative, great service, and a fun and energetic culture.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We're looking for an Account Manager with a can-do attitude and a strong interest in entertainment marketing. The right candidate is highly organized, able to wear many hats, and meticulous in nature, always paying attention to the smallest of details. That's a necessity to perform this role in the following areas:

WHAT YOU WILL DO
• Assist in maintaining and managing all the ingoing and outgoing of client-supplied assets.
• Work closely with the VP, Business Development & Creative, and the Design & Production teams, delegating all necessary assets & information on all active projects.
• Be responsible for all Product Creative campaigns from start to finish.
• Open, close, and track the status of all projects.
• Pre-flight and deliver final assets to clients, maintaining project oversight and ensuring proper quality control.
• Provide administrative support for purchase order requests and invoice submissions.
• Assist with budget requests and project timelines.
• Establish project schedules and maintain on-time accountability.
• Be responsible for tracking release dates and organizing client gifts/messages.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED
• 2-3 years of agency experience, minimum.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong computer skills, and understanding of the latest OSX systems, plus proficiencies in MS Excel, Outlook, and Teams.
• An excellent team player who is always willing to help, and strives for the best possible outcome at all times.
• A quick learner who is resourceful and able to handle any task; likes to ask questions in order to find the best solution to a problem or task; has good analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
• Meticulous, results-oriented and customer-focused
• Communicates well, both verbally and in writing, with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
• A passion for the creative process
• A positive demeanor while under pressure to meet demanding deadlines.
