We are seeking a talented Account Executive with a can-do attitude to join our team. This person will lead one of our largest integrated accounts to plan and manage integrated campaigns across multiple platforms, including A/V, Print, Digital/Social, and Strategy. Functioning as the link between the client and multiple creative teams, we'll rely on you for clear and timely communication. The key to your success in this role is the ability to work concurrently and collaboratively with others while meticulously managing the quality control of multiple projects during all stages of creative development.

Responsibilities:
• Client Service
• Serve as the primary point of contact for client interaction and provide timely response to client communication.
• Provide clear communication with clients to avoid misunderstandings, including consistent follow-up documentation.
• Develop and maintain positive client relationships.
• Creative Management
• Work with a team of creatives, producers, and strategists to ensure that the projects meet requirements of the client brief.
• Route creative assets for internal approvals.
• Contribute ideation and creative writing to existing and new business pitch materials.
• Ensure jobs are on schedule to deliver on-time, communicating with client if any foreseeable changes in schedule arise.
• Proof of all creative against brief/brand to ensure creative consistency.
• Proof of all creative for all spec requirements, template requirements, content, etc.
• Proof all copy for spelling and grammatical mistakes.
• Internal Communication & Administration
• Establish meeting and project schedules to maintain on-time accountability.
• Maintain and manage all ingoing and outgoing of assets.
• Open, close, and track the static for all projects, including tracking budgets against costs.
• Provide administrative support for project setups, purchase order requests and invoice submissions.
• Coordinate the production of mockups, boards and decks for client presentations.
• Proactive in identifying and developing solutions for challenges, both internal and client-facing.

Job Qualifications
• Strong computer skills and thorough understanding of latest OSX operating systems, Google Suite, and Microsoft Office.
• Working Knowledge of CS5 or better Photoshop.
• Working Knowledge of Editorial / Post-production process.
• Working knowledge of photo shoots, live action shoots and their processes.

Knowledge/Skills
• Meticulous, result-oriented, and customer-focused with a passion for the creative process.
• Superior organizational and time-management skills.
• Copy writing skills an advantage.
• Exhibits excellent communication skills, both orally and in written form – must be able to demonstrate superior writing and grammar skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Strong technical background with advanced computer skills.
• Displays a positive demeanor while under pressure to meet demanding deadlines.
• 3-5 years of related industry experience. Agency experience preferred.
