Mutiny is searching for a dynamic Account Director to join our expanding Gaming agency, Mutiny.
Our Account team balances the client needs with our team's ambition to push the envelope strategically and creatively in ways that disrupt, surprise, and delight our target audiences. You will create a path to executing great work that moves our client's business and delivers on our ambitious creative goals.

You'll be a strategic client partner for integrated campaigns, brand level communications, social media campaigns, influencer marketing and experiential activations, new business pitches and more. You love diving into client's businesses, understanding their marketing challenges and proposing solutions. You love partnering with clients and creative teams to make cool stuff.

You're a self-starter who doesn't need to be told how to take on tasks. You don't see obstacles, you see opportunities.

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Account's health: Understand the bigger-picture and dynamics of clients' business and manage projects with those in mind. Lead large and complex projects with minimal oversight from SVP and keep the account running smoothly across projects and work streams. Assess potential complications and issues, anticipate the needs of senior clients through information gathered from their direct day-to-day clients and effectively manage up, bringing solutions to the SVP.
• Consultative Client Service: Provide senior level strategic insights and recommendations. Partner with the strategy team to fill in blanks with category and client insights for creative and brand briefs.
• Client Comms: Daily communication with client to establish and maintain positive working relationships. Provide clear and succinct client direction and feedback to the team and contribute to strategic initiatives by offering a sound point of view.
• Organic Growth: Identify opportunities for account growth within your client businesses.
• Financials: Manage financials of the account (estimates, contracts, billing, burn and reconciliation).
• Team Management: Supervise and develop the skills of team members, taking responsibility for their growth and development, and confidently delegate tasks and projects while remaining up to speed on all details,

Job Related Qualifications:
• 10+ years of experience at an advertising or brand agency
• Demonstrated track record of positive client and creative team relationships
• Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Enthusiastic, energetic and imaginative; approachable, outgoing and diplomatic
• Position is remote, the candidate is ideally based in the LA area or in the Pacific time zone.
