The Role:

The Touring Finance Department is in search of a highly motivated individual to join its team. We are looking for an individual who is both passionate about music and possesses a professional work ethic.

Responsibilities
• Management of financial accounting and tracking of assigned tours and deal point modifications
• Preparation of artist payments related to shows and contractual obligations
• Preparation of various weekly/monthly management reports and schedules
• Assisting with preparation of monthly forecast
• Review and reconciliation of show settlement files against support documents and updates for show revisions
• Building and fostering relationships with Tour Promoters and Directors, Project Managers, and Local Accountants
• Reconciling tour activity to General Ledger in conjunction with Accounting team
• Ensuring compliance with generally accepted accounting principles and company policies and procedures, including Sarbanes-Oxley requirements providing audit support as needed
• Identify and lead process improvement projects to automate and streamline current processes, in order to maximize the contribution to strategic and business goals
• Additional opportunities in Finance functions as they arise

Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or related field
• 3 - 5 years of comparable work experience
• Must be flexible, self-starter, change-oriented, self-motivated team player
• Strong communication skills, ability to interact with all levels of the organization as well as external clients
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain attention to detail
• Strong Excel and computer skills
• Software experience preferred but not required: Business Objects, Saleforce, SAP BPC
