• Transfer ACH files to different banks
• Confirm transfers at the bank level for different banks
• Understand paygroups and bank accounts associated with payment jobs
• Inquire for check status at bank levels
• Stop pays and identify checks issued by SSAP vs field locations

ERP Functions
• Understand OU, CO and paygroups
• Review invoices in Inspyrus and Oracle system
• Review Expense reports and what the audit rules are
• Identify the reason why an invoice / Exp Report would be rejected
• Understand the workflow for Concur / Inspyrus and Oracle and be able to identify it
• Know the approval requirements based on SOA and how to identify approvers
• Understand how the invoice header and what does it relate to payments
Other Functions
• Answer email requests within 24 hrs or receipt
• Know how to handle incoming mail and how to distribute
• Sort, seal and mail checks on an assigned date
• Know who to contact for support in different depts

• Strong attention to detail
• Proficient in full Microsoft suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook
• Written and Verbal Communication skills to be able to talk to different levels of individuals
• Have critical thinking to understand questions and how to help requestors
• Problem-solving and time management skills, be flexible, cooperative and most of all inquisitive to learn and adapt to changes easily
• Self-initiative as well as good organization and prioritization skills required
• Know the criteria that we audit for when reviewing invoices / Exp Reports
