The Role:

This is a temporary part-time role supporting the social media team. In this role, you will work closely with the Social Media Manager in the execution of organic social posting, night of show content posting, and responding to questions from fans. You will gain hands on experience with social media and content management for several large scale events across Canada.

Responsibilities include:
• Organizing and responding to fan questions and DMs
• Supporting the social media team with content organization and tracking
• Assisting with posting content on various social media platforms
• Posting night of show content for events
• Assist with and work within shared calendars, tracking documents, and project management platforms
• Provide additional support to the social media team
• Participate in special projects and perform other related duties as requested.

Qualifications:
• Hands on experience with key social media platforms and posting tools including Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter
• Experience with Asana or other similar project management tools
• A passion for events and marketing
• Available to work evenings and weekends
• A proven ability to listen, understand and communicate effectively in a professional environment
• An exceptional ability to multi-task, stay organized, and self-manage tight deadlines and high volume
• The ability to take direction while also displaying strong personal initiative
• The ability to think resourcefully and problem solve
• A positive, winning attitude, incorporating integrity, confidentiality and discretion
• Ability to work well within a team environment
• COVID-19 vaccination will be required for this position subject to legally valid exemptions
