Our team is a colourful mix and we are all thoroughbred fans. We are looking for people who share our passion for concerts, clubs and sporting events and who want to take our company even further.

We are currently looking for reinforcement for our growing international sports team in Southern Germany (including Frankfurt a.M.) & Austria. If you are a communication talent, keep a cool head when others have already lost it and have experience in sales, especially in the sports sector, you are the right person for us!

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
• You are responsible for the acquisition of new customers with a focus on sports (clubs, associations, tournaments and individual organizers) in the region of Southern Germany and Austria.
• You manage your own sales pipeline independently and ensure structured documentation of your contacts.
• As a solution-oriented expert, you present the Ticketmaster portfolio of various technical systems and ticketing services to customers and at trade fairs.
• You look after existing customers with the aim of extending contracts and increasing customer satisfaction.
• You represent Ticketmaster through constant contact with new and existing customers.
• You increase awareness of Ticketmaster and further expand our market position.
• You monitor the event market and communicate new developments.
• You are the interface between company divisions and specialist departments such as Client Support, Marketing, Product Management and others.

WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW (or TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS)
• You ideally have an apprenticeship or degree in business administration or sports economics/management.
• Ideally, you have experience in ticketing (dealing with complex ticket sales systems) and know the processes of a sports club / organiser.
• You have a very systematic way of working.
• You have a very good command of written and spoken English.
• You are well-versed in the use of current softwares.
• You have a network in professional sport.
• You have a passion for digital technology, enjoy sports and want to work in an international company.
