THE TEAM

Client Operations is a team of Project managers, within the Field Operations group, who are responsible for implementation of new products and features of Ticketmaster's technologies for both internal and external clients. The team strives to improve procedures across the UK Field Operations team to assist with efficiencies and ultimately delivery of world class support to Ticketmaster's UK clients.

THE JOB

The Project Manager - Client Operations plays a key part in the management and the performance of the operational aspects of Ticketmaster's Field Operations team, with a focus on project-based work.

Responsible for the implementation of operational projects, including but not limited to, new venue installations, updates to client software features, such as TM1 and new internal procedures. The Project Manager - Client Operations works closely with the Product and Development teams to help design and develop new products, and enhancements to existing tools for UK and IE Clients and the UK & IE Field Operations teams.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
• Work with the SVP Field Operations to plan and implement key client and internal projects.
• Work with key stakeholders and internal teams on developing solutions to Client issues that are practical and scalable, which consider the impact on all teams.
• Implement and integrate new technologies to the UK and Ireland region
• Liaise with other departmental managers/stakeholders to understand all aspects and needs of operational development, ensuring they are fully informed of objectives and achievements.
• Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams to assist smooth running of every project
• Analyse and report on the performance of new projects and procedures, reflecting on successes and identifying areas for continuous improvement.
• Establish and maintain effective reporting, including but not limited to weekly management reports
• Create and develop operational procedures and best practices.
• Represent Ticketmaster at Client visits where required, maintaining a positive can-do attitude.
• Develop processes and reports based on client requirements
• Assist with Operations projects elsewhere in the company as required by the SVP Field Operations.
• Ensure activities meet with, and integrate with, organisational requirements for quality management, health and safety, legal stipulations, environmental policies and general duty of care.

WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW (or TECHNICAL SKILLS)
• Advanced ticketing/Ticketmaster system knowledge essential.
• Project management skills essential, preferably with Prince2 Practitioner or equivalent
• Thorough understanding of the ticketing industry essential
• Good understanding of Microsoft Office Suite essential, preferably including Access and Project
• Exceptional proven organisational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
