THE JOB
We're looking for a Post-Production Coordinator with project management chops to work with Live Nation's Content Team on various types of projects and for multiple clients in the post-production phase, including branded content for sponsors and original artist content for Live Nation Entertainment and partners. The ideal candidate will have experience organizing information, collaborating with teams, and managing a high volume of projects with overlapping deadlines and tight turnarounds. This role is currently remote, with occasional needs to work in our COVID-compliant office in Hollywood.
WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO
• Tracking projects in the pre-production phase in anticipation of those projects coming into post-production
• Anticipating the post-production needs of projects
• Preparing detailed post-production briefs and compiling important project details (including client feedback) in easy-to-understand formats
• Requesting and obtaining assets such as graphics, music, and archival videos and photos
• Maintaining the organization of files on our servers and on cloud-based systems
• Working with producers, directors, video editors, colorists, sound mixers and graphics specialists to ensure on-time deliveries
• Communication with account managers and clients
• Identifying and sourcing freelance talent
• Booking freelance talent for projects as needed
• Tracking project timelines and deliverables
• Uploading exports to web players and cloud storage systems
• Processing invoices and tracking budgets
• Other duties as assigned
WHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRING
• Must have 1-2 years of experience in a video production or creative agency environment
• General knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud systems including Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator
• Flexibility working within an ever-changing, fast-paced content production environment
• Ability to adapt to new workflows and work with project management tools
• Proficient on Mac and PC environments
• Experience working with teams and organizing multimedia file types within a standard folder structure
• A high attention to detail, and obsession with organization
• Sticking to deadlines and solid team communication a must
Not required, but a plus:
• Experience working with brand-oriented projects
• Up-to-date with current social media trends and video specs
• Video editing experience
• Script writing
• Experience working with cameras
• Experience working with live talent
