THE JOB

Live Nation's Content Studio is looking for an Operations Project Manager to help manage our full-service content organization and lead workflows across various areas of our business, including sponsorship, syndication, Setlist.fm, tour marketing, and corporate. Working with team members in operations, creative, production, post-production, digital and editorial, this person will oversee a variety and high volume of tasks, projects, and products.

Key responsibilities include: establishing and maintaining effective processes, overseeing projects and trackers, projecting and managing budgets, creating project and product roadmaps, QAing launches/publishing, supporting and supervising team members, onboarding/training, and vendor management. Candidates should be comfortable operating at a fast pace while juggling multiple projects, possess exceptional attention to detail and communication skills, and help the team stay organized and on track. Staying up to date with social/digital platforms and video trends is a must.

WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO
• Track the status of key projects from beginning to end, and proactively communicate updates on Slack, shared Google trackers, email, Asana, etc.
• Create process docs and roadmap decks
• QA the launch of new products and publishing for high profile programs
• Collaborate and help manage relationships with Brand Managers, contractors, vendors, and various stakeholders
• Support team members and supervise, ensuring deadlines are hit
• Own the department's project management process, and be responsible for onboarding and training new hires on process

WHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRING
