We are looking for a Marketing Operations Manager II to join the Live Nation Entertainment Digital Marketing team. The Marketing Operations group is tasked with building an operational foundation that supports and elevates Digital Marketing's expertise across Paid Digital Media, CRM, SEO, and Creative. This role will help define processes that support collaboration across business units and teams with a focus on the Asana project management tool. The ideal candidate knows how to navigate the complexities of setting up project management software, is an excellent facilitator, and thrives under pressure.
WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO:
• Establish practices that help teams conceive, plan and execute work effectively
• Champion Asana and act as the team's ''go to'' expert
• Manage a complimentary suite of tools/integrations
• Develop process implementation, documentation and training plans
• Help to refine and implement work streams across teams and channels
• Help teams better manage intake, time, task and file management, communication and delivery
• Cultivate relationships across business units, teams and roles
• Cultivate relationships with outside agencies and vendors
WHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRING:
• 5+ years of operational or project management experience in a creative or marketing environment
• Extensive knowledge of and experience working in Asana or comparable project management software
• Strong self-management skills; must be comfortable with competing priorities and little supervisory input
• Ability to objectively assess processes as well as practical experience implementing improvements
• Ability to lead efficient meetings and conversations; guiding a group towards agreed upon objectives even under difficult circumstances
• Strong interpersonal and influencing skills
• Ability to anticipate needs, weigh the potential outcomes of choices, and balance needs with constraints
• A love of solving tough problems and flexibility in the midst of change
