THE ROLE

We're seeking an experienced Programmatic buyer that is comfortable managing high campaign volumes (e.g. 20+ concurring campaigns) with a variety of KPIs and communicating effectively with both internal and external stakeholders. The Manager I (MI) should be familiar with the programmatic landscape and how different tools (e.g. DSPs/SSPs/CDPs, etc...) are leveraged to meet marketing objectives.

Reporting into a Senior Manager, the responsibilities of an MI will include setting up, launching and monitoring campaigns. MIs must meticulously analyze data, optimizing towards key metrics and reporting out on findings throughout the campaign and post. Dependent on the line of business, maintenance of client relationships, troubleshooting/QA of tags and pixels and reporting readouts may be involved. Success in this role will be based on the proficiency in which assigned tasks are completed, an ability to summarize concepts or insights concisely and a proven track record of developing strategic campaigns.
Operationalized via programmatic pipes, Ticketmaster enables top artists, sports teams and venues to reach their fans and encourage them to attend live events. Where feasible, personal interest may be taken into consideration, providing exposure to sporting events, national concerts/tours, family events, Broadway shows and more. MIs are highly motivated, goal-orientated and problem solvers.

M1s are the go-to resource on all things related to campaigns and will have a great chance to learn more about the digital media industry, as well as get a great understanding of the live events promotions world.

WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO
• Under direction of a Senior Media Manager, responsible for managing day to day operations of digital media programs, including but not limited to:
• Executing large volume of campaigns
• Optimize and report on results
• Work with technology partners to enable better programmatic solutions
• Work with larger team to provide strategies and tactics for clients
• Support team in client calls
• Train and mentor Associate Manager
• Communicate effectively and frequently with internal and external stakeholders
• Maintain expert knowledge of current digital media industry trends, and integrate that knowledge and the implications with new product development (ie. RTB, DMP, etc).
• Set up and maintain projects and delivery timelines using task management platform
• QA creative and troubleshoot campaigns to ensure proper tracking
• Work with other divisions of Ticketmaster/LiveNation to ensure that multi-channel campaigns are running in sync

WHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRING
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 2+ year of relevant experience in programmatic buying or campaign management preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage high volume of requests
• Strong analytics skills
• Effective, professional written and oral communication skills.
• Very strong attention to detail is a MUST
• Team player but also able to pick up and run with a project/task
• Strong knowledge of Excel pivot tables, lookups, and graphs (SQL experience a plus)
• Friendly, outgoing and positive attitude
