THE TEAM

The Live Nation Entertainment Marketing and Data division is a critical part of the business. Our teams support Digital Marketing and CRM operations, Measurement, Analytics, Products, Engineering, Data Services, and Technology. With a specific focus on Venues and Sales, this role is part of the Products group.

Product Operations facilitates communication and sharing resources and data between teams to drive performance, usability, and operational efficiency. Working with both internal and external stakeholders, the essential duties include supporting the onboarding and maintenance of new venues and sales groups and monitoring and producing elements to power strategic automations. THE ROLE

The Senior Manager, Product Operations, sits at the intersection of many functions to deliver a common goal: the best solutions and automation at scale to drive marketing initiatives forward for our portfolio of more than 120 venues across the country. This role is critical in developing marketing processes for Venues, including amphitheaters, clubs, and smaller venues like House of Blues and the Fillmore

WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO
• Refine the user experience, creating & executing operational plans to support Venues Marketing products' development, launch, and growth.
• Drives marketing and automation processes and documentation with cross-functional teams, including Product, Engineering, and Engagement.
• Strategizes the right tools, software, and data necessary to support enterprise-level marketing for the venues and sales teams.
• Create actionable recommendations and assist in integrations that drive strategic marketing initiatives
• Define and carry out the tactics required to maximize the reach of venues and sales products with a focus on keeping operations and feature requests flowing smoothly
• Aggregate, quantify, and prioritize product opportunities that will contribute to the growth and scale of business initiatives.
• Manage large projects in partnership with teams across the organization to tackle product launches, new feature development, and product training for the venues and sales teams
• Adhere to data retention, governance, and privacy policies in all facets of work
• Ability to interact cross-functionally on all levels of the business.

WHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRING

Required:
• 4+ years of experience in product management, product operations, and/or marketing operations, working closely with product and engineering teams.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Service Cloud, or other enterprise SaaS marketing suites
• The ability to analyze data to understand the success of marketing campaigns
• A proven track record of end-to-end implementation: from strategy and partnering with business owners, use case modeling, to day-to-day execution and monitoring
• Extreme clarity in written and verbal communication and can dynamically adjust communication for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Detail-oriented with a solid foundation in agile methodologies
• COVID-19 vaccination will be required for this position subject to legally valid exemptions

Desired:
• Ability to work with different Marketing platforms fluently
• Previous experience with Tableau, Domo, or other reporting tools
• Enjoys Microsoft Excel, G-Suite, creating slides, and others that aid in organizing complex data
• Candidates with Salesforce experience preferred
