Job description:

The Manager of Partner Services is responsible for leading and managing a high-performing team of account managers in delivering exceptional customer service and support to Ticketmaster Resale's broker partners. This highly visible leadership role is critical to the success of professional seller supply growth, in the highly competitive resale ecosystem where sellers have more options to list and sell their supply than ever before. The manager will collaborate closely with their team to identify opportunities for growth, address any issues or challenges facing our partners, and provide coaching and cross-functional support to drive success. Ensuring sufficient supply across Ticketmaster Resale's marketplaces for all events and genres is paramount for this leader and their team's success.

What we are looking for - a passionate, ambitious leader who is a:
• Sales-focused Revenue Driver: you are in charge of solidifying and driving supply from our broker partners. Identifying key areas of opportunity and successfully influencing broker behavior will be critical.
• Thoughtful Opportunist: you will need to perform some day-to-day analysis to set your priorities and goals, search for opportunities, convey these opportunities to brokers with real substantiation, and measure your results.
• Experienced and resourceful Business Development Executive: developing and implementing growth opportunities in existing and new markets will be key.
• Service-oriented relationship builder: strong relationships with ticket brokers are critical to our success. It is essential to honor our commitments and provide them with timely and impactful support.
• Cross-functional team player: we value transparency and helping one another. It's how we roll. There is no ''me'' culture. Communication across the entire team will lead to greater team success.

Responsibilities:
• Manage the relationship with our brokers and communicate key focus areas to grow their business and ours, pushing for additional Ticketmaster Verified and third-party events (3PE) inventory, and highlighting key insights for optimal event readiness.
• Manage all aspects of the TM Resale Partner Program for assigned partners including reporting, analytics, account support, new opportunity identification, broker feedback, and strategic development.
• Promptly address burning issues that affect day-to-day business, such as unlocking barcodes, double sales, scan reports, system issues/failures, payments, and other supply-related items.
• Communicate escalated issues with the proper departments internally and keep the broker partner informed throughout the process.
• Self-identify deficiencies in supply and take initiative to address them with appropriate brokers or internal teammates.
• Ability to navigate a highly competitive market with multiple options for sellers to list and sell their inventory and ensure a pulse on the ecosystem.
• Proficiently communicate new company initiatives and the value of TM Resale broker tools to drive positive impact to their business.
• Demonstrate an appropriate level of understanding of industry dynamics and take action to drive positive results.
• Synthesize and analyze team feedback from broker partners on products and services, and effectively communicate their needs and insights.
• Adopt a persistent and initiative-taking approach to ensure the best ideas are consistently identified, vetted, and implemented.

Job Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree in Business categories required
• 7+ years of experience in sales/service, leadership role experience is preferred
• Proven track record of leading a team or consistently being a high performer on a team
• Strong leadership and management skills, including the ability to set goals, delegate effectively and provide coaching and mentoring
• Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Experience in the ticketing industry or a related field is a plus
• Familiarity with account management process and customer service
• Outstanding communication, attention to detail, and organizational skills
• Ambitious and motivated individual who is comfortable with a high volume of phone calls and projects
• Assertive yet professional demeanor, persistent, and willing to lead the way
• Strong problem-solving and issue-resolution skills
• Desire to help create a fun and productive culture
