THE TEAM
Ticketmaster's Global Enterprise Product Marketing group operates as the client voice of our company. We advocate for our clients across the product lifecycle, building & distilling our B2B narrative across strategic priorities, enterprise products, and agile release cycles.
THE JOB
As Manager of Global Product Marketing, Marketplace, you will support the development and introduction of new products, services and features that increase fan and client value and expand Ticketmaster reach through our eCommerce platforms. You will aid in product go-to-market strategies, product positioning, and the provisioning of product marketing materials. You will understand your products and the customers who use them and build strong relationships and engagement across stakeholders and teams.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
• Act as B2B product marketing manager across Global Marketplace products supporting strategic priorities, client communication, and internal sales enablement.
• Support Director in building global go-to-market plans that connect marketplace products to a B2B audience, including discovery, purchase, and post-purchase experiences.
• Help develop strategies that define product value for clients, illustrate market differentiation and amplify new business growth
• Ideate marketplace product enterprise content strategy, building out recommendations for B2B topics and channels (e.g., blogs and social)
• Work closely with global Account Teams to better understand client engagement and adoption of products and services.
• Support teams with appropriate messaging, positioning and sales tools including presentation materials, product roadmap updates, and case studies
• Partner cross-functionally across product, communications, account teams, education, marketing and PR to help define product rollout and launch planning strategies.
• Maintain feedback loop to understand client needs and help improve products
WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW (or TECHNICAL SKILLS)
• 5+ years of experience in product marketing or marketing related roles, preferably on the B2B side of a company.
• 3+ years of experience with enterprise software or technology industry.
• A keen eye for identifying client value and articulating that value across multiple mediums
• A proven track record as a marketing rockstar, executing strategic priorities and supporting clients with successful go-to-market strategies.
• Extraordinary team player and ability to thrive in a fast paced, high growth, entrepreneurial environment where quality, innovation, speed of decision making, and execution are critical to organizational success.
• Track record of fostering teamwork and collaborating across groups to accomplish shared goals.
• Experience with capturing client feedback in various forms, to drive improvements in product development.
• Exceptional and fluent English written, verbal and presentation skills
